Clara Delgado Rossell, LL.M.
Founding Attorney and Principal
Clara Delgado Rossell is the principal attorney and founder of Providence Legal, P.A. She has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation and is licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas. Her practice focuses on assisting clients in matters related to estate planning, asset protection, tax planning and elder law, including wills and trusts, advance directives (healthcare powers of attorney and living wills), financial powers of attorney, special needs planning, charitable planning, Medicaid planning, business succession planning, probate and guardianship.
Outside of the office, Ms. Delgado Rossell is an avid traveler and volunteer. She has chaired numerous community programs with the Junior League and the Chamber of Commerce, and she routinely provides pro bono legal services to low-income individuals through local Legal Aid programs. She speaks fluent Spanish (her family is originally from Spain) and although her French and German are rusty, she seizes any opportunity to practice, whether that involves watching foreign films or traveling abroad.
Ms. Delgado Rossell is a member of the Tax, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, and Elder Law sections of the Florida Bar. Before launching her solo practice in south Florida, Ms. Delgado Rossell clerked for the Honorable Peter J.
